Everything you told us from beginning to end was true. You told me you would try to get the appraisal price reduced and you did. That saved us money. You got us a better interest rate than anyone else could. That saved us a lot of money. You made the attorney stick to their original price, which also saved us money. But you know what impressed me most? Not the savings. It was the fact that in every aspect of our dealings you were totally honest and fair and really cared about making sure that we were treated fairly and got a good deal. I am not used to that, but I sure do like it!
